On behalf of the members of the Van Dyke Cadet Squadron, I
would like to welcome you to our squadron website.
Our program prides itself on teaching cadets the core values of
the Civil Air Patrol: “Integrity, volunteer service, excellence, and
respect”. I have had the privilege of watching all kinds of
children walk through the doors of the police department who are
shy, unconfidant, or unruly and watch them grow into fine young
cadets who live the core values every day. Some of our members
have gone on to be service members and pilots, but most
importantly it is an honor to be part of the mentoring process that
turns cadets into responsible citizens in our community.
I would like to invite each and every one of you to come to a
squadron meeting and see what Civil Air Patrol is all about. We
meet on Tuesday night, 7:00-9:00 PM at the Clinton Township
Police Department.
